I am a permanent resident of AC 62 Bhagwangola, part no- Part number , serial no- Serial number . I was also enrolled as a voter under the same assembly constituency (AC 62) in the draft electoral roll (16-12-2025), and I have been residing at the above-mentioned address since birth. I respectfully submit that my name has been marked as under adjudication in the final voter list 2026. However, to my surprise, my name has been deleted from the adjudication deleted list no.02 without any valid reason.

My parents’ names were included in the last SIR list 2002 under AC 56, part- SIR part , serial no- SIR serial , EPIC- SIR EPIC .

I also appeared at the hearing (notice no. Notice number ) and submitted all requisite and valid documents in support of my eligibility. I have all the necessary documents to support and prove my claim like List of documents etc.

I am an Indian citizen by birth. I therefore request the Designated Authority/Tribunal to kindly review my appeal and restore my complete details in the Electoral Roll 2026 at the earliest, in order to protect my right to vote. I further request that my voting rights be ensured without any discrepancy.
